No I get the terrible meals so it's a trip to duty free beforehand for me.

While on this note, I might as well post photographs of the food we had in Delta business class last August (and will be eating this coming August) It was restaurant quality.

Cheesey Bread rolls brought throughout the meal

Cheese, tomato and lettuce with ham and a cabbage soup for appetizer

Dad's piece of steak with potato, onions and artichokes

    My pasta dish

The cheese selection - (all very strong, sadly)

    Ice cream sundae to finish
Cookies were also brought throughout the flight, along with all soft drinks and alcohol
Woah never knew business class was that good!

Aeroplane food isn't all the same. It depends who you fly with and what class you go in. We usually fly with british airways/first choice/thomsan local usually in 2nd or sometimes 1st class and there is nothing wrong with the food whatsoever, I love it on long flights when I wake up and see a full english breakfast in front of me. If someone says they had plane food and it was disgusting, ask them who they flew with and chances are it was a low budget airline.
