I am not saying it is totally valid, but you can't just cap it off at a certain year and say whoever owns it there owns it. Israel got the land after the Holocaust because the world felt bad for them.

It's not America's job to give them land.. we don't own it, so what gives us the right to distribute the land?

If we're to give land to Israel of 'their own'.. it's going to be taking land from someone else.. what gives us the right to take land from someone else, to give it to them?

Either way.. to give someone else more land, you have to give them some of yours.. or take someone else's.

Lets get this clear, my grandparents are currently stuck in a bomb shelter due to the hamas rockets hitting israel, they haven't been able to come out in 3 days due to the rockets. Israel warned hamas 6 months ago about the attacks when the seize fire was agreed since then they have been regrouping arms. Israel have finally cracked, they have lasted a very long time and now they have finally blown the lid you could say. Hamas rockets are also iranian origin which makes the situation more complicated as now they have to sort out that issue aswell. The problem with the news here is it's one sided, but someone they have been reporting that Israel is actually warning folk this time and that hamas are hitting israel back, which for the news is very very rare.

You know what's gunna happen - there'll be a war for a week or two, then a ephermeral peace treaty before it happens again and again... etc. Both are just hell bent on killing each other. Can you honestly see these Hamas rocket attacks stopping if Israel retreat and stop all this oppression? Nah, me neither.

Israel deserved it. It was theirs in the old days too.
Every year they are getting closer and closer to splitting it between Israelis and Palestinians.
The question is will it ever OFFICIALLY happen?

How was it not stolen land? It was owned by Palestine and got taken from them, that is stealing. I'm not disputing that once Jerusalem was occupied by the Jews, but it's like saying we could go claim America as a colony of Britain because we used to own it.
