That will actually work well. If enough people vote to get rid of an admin, they should be fired. This way a lot of members are happy.

They should pick a few candidiates, and users vote. It would mean we get good admins, not mad ones

I do agree to an extent, but with that system we could end up getting loads of 'popular' admins who don't have a clue what their doing and/or simply couldn't be trusted with the power and stuff.
