He wont pay for the courtcase. If you got a DMCA Letter from him then you can ignore it because they didn't even make the images in question themselves. If this got to a courtroom (which it wont), then CH would probably find themselves sue'd for ripping images themselves and for filing false complaints. Oh and I think Sulake probably will shut CH down for all this stink they're kicking up over something Sulake made originally.

That actually really really irritates me, CLUBHABBO STOLE THE TIMETABLE IMAGES THEMSELVES! And they can't copyright a HTML Table. They're just being so pathetic now.

Let Sulake know about this, I reckon they'd shut Ollie up pretty damn quickly! Seen as they didn't make the timetable images in the first place.
