I don't see why it can't be incorporated into sunday updates somehow. Weekly stats or something.

But yeah. Lately, every single announcement, whether it be staff changes or updates, appears to gain both an "OMG CONGRATS!!!1" thread and a "What the heck?" thread.

I personally feel it could be better in a thread of its own, or in the newsletter as said above, although that isn't here yet
