Its a filter on Photo shop is it not?

I dont actually have any programs accept paint. The way i do it is by splitting things into sections and mimicking the shape so yes i did use that picture of a rugby shirt and yes, as this piece was for my art portfolio i wanted it to be as close to the picture as possible. I dont get any of your technical talk as i cant understand programs. Ditto with the chad micheal murry... ive recently cleared this pc and no longer have wip's for these but numerous people have seen my work in progress. Tbh darlings, you can say what you want about my work. I do it for myself and for my portfolio... Il make sure for my next piece of work i post my wip's. Kai... And yes thanks for the c and c on chad, it was my first attempt at a person in this style.

Euhm....

It is done in paint there is a simple trick.
1. open your picture.
2. klick, select all
3. copy
4. save it as gif.
5. paste it.

Now you have a image like that!
