I doubt there is even a rule on how far the Police can move you back. If its the matter of public safety, then I don't see an issue of "10 miles". But hey, they probably didn't even ask.Who has said they were forced?
Oh what a poor climbdown, it 'reminds you of the papers' well this is what i'm up against here. I am not debating news channels I am commenting on what Sky News reported that they were asked to move back 10 miles, I find that wrong and an abuse of power by the police - that post did not deserve the bashing you gave me which then went onto the newspapers and media biased.
Media bias is another topic and another day, this is about what was reported.
