I thought Michael had his nose bleed problem thing sorted by the general, but it seems to me that's wat he died from as he had that nose
bleed on the beach before it went to the 4 years later part.
Apparently there's going to be a further two hours released on DVD to "tie everything off".The company probably didn't remove the tumor, just slowed it's effects. I guess we couldn't have expected a happy ending all around.
Yup

Hmm ok, but I thought they had done the operation once before (i'm guessing it was on his mother) and she was fine.
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere there will be a 2 hour DVD that finishes the whole of Prison Break off. So there's still a little more to come if this is true.

The general planned to kill Michael if he returned Scylla anyway, so I'd imagine the same would go for the operation. Ie they didn't do anything to fight the tumor so if Linc did manage to get Scylla back in exchange for Michael's treatment he would have died anyway, maybe as revenge for stealing it in the first place.
That's interesting, makes me wonder what could be left to tie off though.

where can i watch the last episode?
In regards to the two "DVD exclusive" episodes
Living in the UK pays off for once..This direct-to-DVD episode consists of the two episodes from season four ('The Old Ball and Chain' and 'Free') that were not aired in American in one 88-minute feature. The Final Break continues from the season four series finale and is scheduled for Blu-ray and DVD release on July 21, 2009. The episodes will be exclusively broadcast on Sky1 in the UK in the week following the final episodes "Rate of Exchange" and "Killing Your Number".

So wait, these are episodes 23 and 24?
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
You mean Gretchen . Yeh I realise this after reading the IMDb page, it's there to tie off the loose ends I guess.

As far as i'm aware, no. They are stand-alone. There was an original plan for a season 5 (which would have been the last season) while they were making season 4, but season 5 was axed because of falling ratings/popularity. They decided to continue making season 4 as they originally planned to (no changes to the story line etc.) but decided to do a two episode thing after season 4 just to tie off everything because a season 5 wasn't allowed. That's my understanding of it anyway.
I havnt been following it since it plays on fridays and im always out...
so im prob just gonna buy the season
