Look at the dates.. this thread was created before the other thread, telling the users about the new system.. and it has received great response.
I then created another thread disclosing information about how users could participate in the BETA of the usersystem, which goes back to this thread.
It isn't that hard to understand, I don't know what your problem is, but I'll bet it's hard to pronounce.

I don't know how the file browser would be done..
Other then that, that is amazing ^_^. Could you possibly code a sample 'content box' so that I can see what it would look like where I can put content.
