I'm not saying they were more developed before we arrived, but if you look at how much they've developed since we left it's quite clear. I don't know a ton about African countries, so I'll use India which is what we're currently doing a case study on in Geography. It's going to be the biggest economic power in the world by 2040. In the last 10 years, infant mortality has decreased by nearly 80%. Life expectancy has risen by more than 10 years.

i'm well aware of the case of India and i would really advise you to do as i have done, and look further back than simply the end of the colonial period up to the present. If you do then you will find India experienced rapid advancement under British rule, especially in the earlier period, which only stagnated (as indeed the whole Empire did) from World War I and continued with the Great Depression and World War II. Hence one of the reasons why Indian nationalism began to grow in the Raj which had until then been pretty stable compared to some other colonies/spheres of influence like South Africa or Afghanistan.

From then on [WWII], India hasn't done well since independence (and has only begun to turn this around since the 1990s and economic liberalisation following on from China's 80s reforms under Deng Xioping) and has wasted decades due to its socialist economic outlook that was embedded in its hugely complex post-colonial constitution and system of government. It's got jack all to do with the British Empire and colonialism itself. In fact, one could argue that as the 'Jewel in the Crown' and being blessed with such enormous resources as well as being strategically placed in the middle of imperial trade routes at the time, that India was in a more advantageous position than most former colonies were. Yet threw the opportunity away.

If the argument that it was imperialism which held these countries back were true, then why it is the case that successful countries/provinces post-Empire such as Singapore and Hong Kong have done so well despite having next-to-no natural resources when the likes of India, Uganda and Zimbabwe have done so poorly despite plentiful natural resources? Think about it.

I am not an alt-rightist, and I am sure that Undertaker isn't either. But you don't need to be alt-right not to support the transgender bathroom decisions.

While I do think people will insult me for my opinion, hear me out.
I do not believe transgenders should be allowed to use the bathroom of the gender they identify as. I think there should be bathrooms specifically allocated for transgender females, and transgender males. It's not appropriate having transgender individuals who have not entirely transitioned in the opposite bathroom. However, using the bathroom of the gender they were biologically assigned at birth may become dangerous (due to the risk of potential transphobia), hence why I suggest creating separate bathrooms entirely. This is in no way dehumanizing anybody; only for the safety of legitimate females and males. The more people observe such demonstrations of transgender females/males using the bathroom of the gender they identify as, perverted incidents will spike because a man can dress up as a woman and claim they are "transgender" when in reality they may have completely harmful ulterior motives.
