Looks very similar to the Dark Teal donator that was ltd. It's still a nice colour though.

It's only enabled in forums where post count is enabled, so the answer is no.

Winning Badges - 45t (Ones like ROTM, 1000 post not FB and Twitter)
Winning Events - 5t (Like rep can be won)
Volunteering as staff - 50t (For every role you work in for a month or something?)
Suggesting rare value - 5t (per rare value used)
Hosting a giveaway - 60t (For any staff who want to really, if they ask there managers i'm sure they'd say yes?)
Winning forum comps - 5t (again like rep)
Rating a thread - 2t (Easy but add it because its a good one!)

Prizes:

Special Badges - 2500t (Like badges with celebs on and stuff.)
Special VIP - 3000t (Like sparkles)
10c on Habbo? - 5000t (Why not?)
Email - 2000t (I still like this, maybe host on another domain like hxmail.com / habmail.com)
Secret VIP Room - 1000t (Access to a secret room on habbo, group so only member can enter!)
Free Alt? - 2000t (Alt of there character holding a Habbox sign or something, I dunno lol?)
Recieve Rep - 5t (Getting rep from someone)

Rating a thread nononono! Winning forum comps should be implemented - I thought that was already planned. I like the idea of volunteering as staff - kind of thanks people for their work etc - but need to be careful that it isn't used as an ego booster. Suggesting a rare value would be far too complicated, as it would have to be done manually for every person.

So it's like when we rewarded people for spamming before (with the posting comp) but permanent

Not really the same thing - the fact it is prolonged makes it less of a spamming competition (endurance lol).

I think a longer post could get you slightly more tokens?

What do people think of these colours? I'm looking to have 5 colours to pick from so If anyone has any suggestions post them here.

I like all of those except the top right - the blue is particularly nice.

From what i've seen so far it looks awesome.

Maybe department managers could be given a certain amount of Tokens to give to their staff at the end of the month for performance during the month.

Awarded for each Word along with the Post amount when this action occurs.

It is currently on 0.01 (This can be changed)

In terms of VIP+ - Still looking into it as the main feature of + was that you were able to switch the colours with ease. But I can't find a way of doing that any more. Unless someone can think of any other features that would benefit in bringing it back.
