Cadillac Eldorado, i remember one came into MOTest one day, my exact fav color, dark red with a white soft top roof and i got to MOT it! It was like a dream come true, i mean you don't see those often do you. The man let me and a another guy from work take it out for a drive.
My other fave cars would have to be the Mazda MX-5 and the old land rover defender.
