I remember one of the previous managers (can't remember who exactly - might have even been Alex) once saying something like everyone makes mistakes and as long as you can show that you're mature and capable in your application you'll be taken into consideration - Something like that.

Also I've seen that some of the rulebreakers who become mods change completely haha
