1) they can teleport when the game needs to be hosted
2) Why should he spend his money, on something that doesn't benefit him nor his bank statement when it's for a month or so? Yes he is the general manager but you can't expect him to fork out, for things that aren't necessary for himself, for money he may of worked for, just for it to be frittered on a virtual game?!?!

It's really not that expensive. If it benefits the community by having a good looking, appealing room, which should it be a problem
