take the buouys out of the pool, add a bit more shrubbery to the back area and yes, work on the desk.

Where you see the off centered Sunset wall, they will be all around the room edges like at the back of the helpdesk and near the boat!

So you're telling me just because he said HE WOULD do it, the advantage would be taken, so it means he has to pay out for nothing that benefits him. Also, I don't rightly care what you think about my attitude.

He's the General Manager of Habbox, and I'm sure he decided to take on this role for the benefit of Habbox ?

That looks really nice as a lido remake - not 100% sure if it's work as a Help Desk though and could cause confusion to some people as it's so similar. But I do really like the room .

The trophies are currently in Jin's possession, it's just a case of seeing whether he is willing to loan them to Matt. Matt may have some of his own that he wishes to display too.

It must be roughly around the same time - when I realised it was 10 years from the stated 2004 opening of Rare Values I asked in the managers chat if anyone knew the exact date and I can't remember who but someone looked at the first appointed RVM which was K@boom in July 2004 so it'd probably be a good idea to assume the 10th anniversary of Rare Values is around that date (but in 2014 ofc.. not 2004!) .

And oh, is HxHD not a group room? If it is/was then Jin could just drop them.
