We don’t get stockings anymore but my mum still gets us an advent calendar each year, this year I’ve got a Kinder one!

An advent calendar is something you use to count down the days in December until Christmas. In older times they used candles etc but now it's usually a chocolate one, where you open the door each day and get a chocolate. But there's newer versions with practically anything in now; alcohol, beauty products, pet treats.

What advent calendar do you have this year?
Mine is the gruffalo, I got 3 for 2 in Thornton’s, I got one for myself my sister and her boyfriend, cause I’m nice :p
Think it were £5 for 3 not bad.
Plus, you get your name in icing on the bottom
