Tell him , I had My SE in year 6... so that would of been 12? 11? Dunno. Try to explain in a sort I dunno simple way? Just say its used for sex so you dont get babies? Dunno Dude. he will find out sooner or later.

Well if you dont want to tell him, just go get him a leftlet or something
Go to a local youth centre and take some and let him have a read.
