Why do so many people hate Jeffree Star?

Why do so many people hate him? u probably dont care but i've been wondering for ages... he's not that mean or anything, and i don't find him annoying.

his songs are like ok, some of them, and all of them are like incredibly suggestive, maybe that's why people dislike him? oh yeah and he used to be with Metro Station but dumped them or something.

He makes a big thing about how he's a tranny gay or whatever and seems to look to cause offence. If he wants to dress as a woman and sleep with men that's fine but he shouldn't use that to get attention, he's just an idiot looking for fame by being so "different" when he clearly has a dire need to be included, albeit in an alternative scene. That on its own is enough to cause a great dislike (or as I prefer, indifference, as infamy is what he's after), but his music is just awful too. Anyone, and I truly do mean anyone, could do what he does.
