You guys do know that GTA IV would be out for xmas if it was not for the xbox 360.Got told that by a games developer at school in media it is because the 360 does not have the graffic capibilty to manage this game so they are having to alter some bits to work on the 360

Apprently its an error in the PS3 version as the PS3 version is a port of the 360 one.

There is no possible way it can be the 360 version, the game started work on the 360, they wont make a game they know wont work for it :rolleyes:

It's because of the PS3, I think they're having the same problem as Ubisoft are with Assassins Creed, I'm not sure but it is the PS3 that caused the delay, they wouldn't of said October if they knew it wouldn't work on the 360 would they?

Assassin's Creed was an initial exclusive to PS3 and started on that, they then looked for a better way to get more moneys

Yea but Assassins Creed was still a problem for Ubisoft to actually pull off, they had trouble putting the whole game onto a DVD for the 360 but since the PS3 uses a completely different memory type to the 360 it was another task just getting that to work, we're lucky they got it or only the PC would be getting it

I can see why Blu-Ray and DOOVDE are completely different, Blu-Ray can store more and has more potential, but the doovde has a bit more variety and performance, it's also cheap (in a good way).
