Last week it was the first week back of school, everyone was trying their best to stay awake in classes as during the holiday they were probably asleep at that time! Anyway, on our first day we were told that on the following Monday we would be having cross country, just by chance I happened to be going ice-skating the Sunday before and when I came home my legs were killing and I had blisters all over my feet, and for that reason I didn't go to school on Monday. Everyone thought that was my excuse of getting out of cross country when it really wasn't!

For this competition I want you to come up with the worst excuse for skiving off school!
