Looking for a coding job

I'm looking for a job as a developer (mostly in PHP) in a project. I want to learn so I may make quite a few mistakes so obviously only accept me (I will need to work alongside other developers) if you will allow for a period for me to make and learn from my mistakes.

If not then I will find something else to do.
