Right i've moved over to USA from the UK last week, I brought my sims game (PC) along with me, tried to install it the other day and it won't accept the serial code.. can anyone think of an explanation for it?

Yeah I know where it is lol.. and yeah im typing it correctly, I've emailed EA games but they just give me a crap reply =/

Must be something to do with the country switch. Different computer or same computer?
