July Events Roundup!

Another month is over and we are now into August, it will be Christmas in no time!

Each month we will have a quick review of all that has taken place that month, reveal the winner of the raffle draw and announce the events player of the month.

I'm sorry to say that July didn't see any spectacular changes worth mentioning here! The month was spent hosting our regular events and it did also see the introduction of the Habbox Carnival and Snake as new weekly events. It is still the current goal at the moment to have a weekly event for each day of the week and there are a few ideas spinning around between us. At the moment our priority is getting ready for HxSS and making sure everything is ready to go (which it isn't at the minute, eek). We have a few larger events planned for you all to enjoy and you can earn yourselves lots of points by taking part in these events. One of these events is a tournament style where users will need to sign up to take part and everyone will be pitched against other players until we have an eventual winner. Depending on the popularity of this tournament, there may be a second one taking place. Alongside this, the Habbox Wired Maze will be taking a place in this year's HxSS so get practicing and you can earn some very important points!

We love it when you all come on down to our events, so we want to reward you even more! Each month we will select one user who we think deserves the crown of events player of the month. To earn yourself this title you will need to make yourself stand out to Events Staff within Habbox Events. There are a number of ways you can achieve this, the main one being just turning up and taking part in events! We hope this scheme will encourage everyone to attend Events more often and show your support towards the department.

This is now the fourth raffle draw since the system was introduced! There has been an increase on last month and there are a total of 92 tickets in the draw this month by players choosing to take a Raffle Ticket as their prizes in events. They have all been allocated a number as shown in the second spoiler below and this month's winner is displayed at the bottom of this post!

A little section for you number lovers now.. in this section I will review the staff numbers and events hosted over the month!

We currently have 13 members on the team which is just one less than a month ago. If you would like to be part of the events team, check out Habbox.com/jobs for all the information you need.

Let's have a look at the event quantities for this month!

1st to 5th - 36 events
6th to 12th - 44 events
13th to 19th - 31 events
20th to 26th - 28 events
27th to 31st - 17 events

This month we have hosted a grand total of 156 events for all you lovely Habboxers. That is a whopping 69 events more than we had throughout June. I'd like to give a huge thanks to all our Events Staff who put on these events for everyone, but also to all of you who come along and take part in the events!
