I presume it's not going to be totally down for the 72 hours though, it'll be on and off like it has been but possibly more

I think this will be true as I doubt it will be down for a full 72 hrs. It'll probably be like Luke / Mr-Trainor says it'll be down for certain times during the day / night --- well i hope so anyway rather than the full length.
