    I keep sneezing, and it's so annoying. I've got my GCSE exams, and i don't wanna be sneezing loads in them. Anyway i could cut down on the sneezing? I think i'm starting to get a cold too, anyway to get rid of that too? :[

    Boil some ginger in a bit of water and wait till it goes kind of yellowy.
    It kind of makes your nose clear up a bit.

    I think the proven way is to sleep early!

    I have sneezing problems also lol You could be allergic to dust mites which are like, everywhere. Also spring/summer season affects peoples hay fever which you also could be suffering from. And yh for a cold try a bit of beechams

    Just to let you know, there is no cure for the common cold yet. Your only possibilty of getting better is to stay cozy.

    Try generic over the counter allergen tablets could be a mild dosage of hayfever. Symptoms are very much the same.

    If it's just started when the weather's gotten hotter/summery, you have hayfever. Get a prescription from your local doctor.
