Easy Scooter Licence

Where i come from in Spain you can get a licence to driver a vehicle with up to 50CC on the road, which ii\ncludes scooters and quad bikes. All you have to do is go to a classroom for 2 hours a day for 4 days and do a written test at the end. They don't test you on a bike or anything.
Although this is good as i want a quadbike i feel it is extremly dangerous and could and probably has ended up with many people injured.
What are your views on this?

Well, it's only dangerous if you make it dangerous for yourself. I think its a great idea tbh, I'd be getting a quad to drive me around town in.

Its a moeped u can drive wen ur 16 in the uk some my mates av them

14 is a little bit young, But I guess its okay if your sensible, But I guess quite a lot of people aren't.. And they try to show off

I posted this a long time ago, and mentioned that is how I recieved my license.
Just to say yes that 14 is too young and there have been many deaths where I live, but mostly from 16-21 year olds rather then 14 year olds. The younger ones seem to have more sence then the older teens, as they do not race like the older one's.
