im good to my hair, i wash it every 2-3 days and i only straighten it the day i wash it then leave it til i wash it again.

Heat protection doesnt fully iliminate the effects of burning your hair. You are just decreaseing the damage to it. A heat protection makes your hair greasey aswell! EWW@U!!
