    The navigation is kind of annoying, especially by the fact that you used iFrames to put everything together. Why don't you just insert the code directy into the layout? or use <?php includes(); ?> It's much easier and makes it look much more like you may have some experience in website building, rather than someone who just discovered iFrames.

    And !Lily, your signature should probably be changed. The "The best man for a job is a women" part should be "The best man for a job is a woman". Since you're talking about about a singular noun, that being the "best man" part, plus the "is a" part, designating that the noun following is and will be a singular noun. Just watching out for you, since no one likes to look like they're illiterate.
