I reckon their sorting out TRAX, adding new romantique furni that USA have, and giving out free packs.
And you have to think that their is ALOT of habbo's so yehh.. it would take a long time to give them ALL free packs.

Aswell as that, they are supposed to be refunding those of us who bought the "invisible sticker" .
