The whole sweating and loosing weight is true, however it is only because your body is like 70% water (or whatver it is).

Playing on the Wii is a count of exercise, as is all of the other things except for typing. If you want to have a muscular figure, you really need to be doing much more. 100 crunches (not situps, usually situps are not done correctly) a day will do it.
You need to know how to do it correctly, however. When I first started doing them I wasn't doing them right at all If you are just starting, and are doing them properly, you should start to feel an ache in your stomach area within about 10/20 but just push yourself. If you can't do a quick burst of 100, do 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening.

When I wasn't doing the I didn't feel anything (as I said ._.) and then my mum, who is a gym class regular etc., showed me how to do it properly! It you sure as hell can feel them.

You could also attend local classes at your nearest gym/leasure center. I went to this thing called "body combat" and all women do it. Most men think its sissy but when they attend the class and give it a go... the regret thinking it was sissy.
No more dreaming of the dead as the death itself was undone
No more crawling like a crow for a boy, for a body in the garden
No more dreaming like a girl so in love, so long
No more dreaming like a girl so in love, so long
Dreaming like a girl so in love with the wrong world.

Great tips! I've gotta say the one below which you have mentioned has to be one of the best ways, just going out with friends, you don't realise how much excercise you're getting but also you're able to socialise, two things teens should get lots of!

I wish typing counted as a exercise lol! And on the Wii, the game "Smooth moves" theres part that tells you how many kalories you've burnt of on average and because your playing a game you can burn off quite a lot ^_^
