I think the spam forum needs a rule change.
People shouldnt be allowed to post random crap. Make it so the threads make sense, and arent just utter rubbish. There are some threads which are full of images.

But that's clearly spam because its easily something that could be put in a PM

I didn't mean like. Made sense but like.. had meaningful content in it.
All these people who are complaining about it pretty much expect it to have a discussion within it, but if thats how it was then it'd fit.
