as you say your spelling, you could see when people make fun of the fact you can't spell every single word on an online forum bullying!

Trace their IP if things get really serious.

Maybe they should have an ip progam where you can just trace it without the law?

But it was from their computer, therefore blame them

On msn or most other IM's, any kid getting ebullyed probabaly deserves it if there to stupid to click the danm block button. On mobile phones the abilty to block a number from ringing on the software level would probabaly be a useful feature, for those who find ignoreing sonthing "THAT" hard.
tbh it all sounds pretty stupid to me.

So some idiot decides to e-bully someone, the IP is traced and my dynamic IP changes to theirs!! then it would look like me. If there were no IP changers and everyone had a static IP then it would work.

I have personally been e-bullied over things such a Bebo and Piczo and in my opinion, hurts more then name calling in the playground. On the internet, it is there for the world to see, which makes it even more hurtful and humiliating! Unless the site is clossed down, its there forever. Spite comments at school can just be forgotton.
