    Default Bags Under Eyes

I get around 8 hours sleep a day, I go to bed at 10pm and usually get to sleep around 11pm, i wake up at 7am for school. I keep getting black bags under my eyes and im getting tired of them, any ideas on how to get rid of?

Get more sleep teenagers need 9-11 hours sleep or they will have lack of hormones (Biology teacher)

Apply cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes daily. The tannin in tea bags has been shown to reduce swelling and discoloration, and cucumber slices have long been used to reduce puffiness and refresh the appearance of skin around the eyes. Lie down, preferably in the morning, and leave fresh cucumber slices or cool, damp caffeinated tea bags (you can refrigerate them overnight so they’ll be ready) over your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. Keep your eyes closed.

I go to bed at 11 or sometimes 11:30 & wake up at 6:45 & I don't have any bags. I'm not tired either when I wake up. It's weird.

You live to the maximum age you can if you get around 8 hours a night, but I still think it's best to get more at a younger age

    I don't get enough

    hello
