Arrow China sued over music piracy

China is being used over music piracy. The International Federation believes that 99% of music files in china are pirated.

Thats a shocking big number especially since the Chinese population is so big.

    Thoughts?

O.o so like the whole country is being sued?
I’ll be a story in your head, but that’s okay, because we’re all stories in the end. Just make it a good one, eh? Because it was, you know. It was the best. A daft old man who stole a magic box and ran away. Did I ever tell you that I stole it? Well, I borrowed it. I always meant to take it back. Oh, that box, Amy, you’ll dream about that box. It’ll never leave you. Big and little at the same time. Brand-new and ancient and the bluest blue ever. And the times we had, eh? Would had…Never had. In your dreams, they’ll still be there. The Doctor and Amy Pond and the days that never came.

Yeah exactly. Most of asia don't do enough to crack down on piracy. Maybe if they did, prices of products like games, music and movies would drop (unless it has the opposite affect).

the big 3 console company's make their money from the games so I doubt the initial prices will drop, They lose a lot of money on the consoles even though they seem to be highly priced.
But if they do crack down it'll currently help the music industry who are suffering from people illegally downloading.

I think the prices would go up, with less competition from the Priates, then sellers could put their prices at whatever they want, as they are the only place you can buy them from

The average console games costs £35-40, Do you not think that is high enough already? If they raise it even more they will lose sales.
Seeing as the minimum wage is like £5 something £40 is a lot to spend on one game.
