    Default JLSA-But for German.

Hellohello. I volunteered for this Language Leader thingy, and basically I get to teach some Year 6/7's from one of our Main Feeder School's and I teach them some basic German. It's similar to the JLSA award, only for Languages. I'm quite excited actually.

Teaching is brilliant. I'm currently an AS German and Drama student and I've had the pleasure of teaching a year 7 class once every 2 weeks since November time, it's a lot of fun. Last week I also go to teach a year 6 drama class when they were up to the secondary on their taster day, although it was a very large tutor class (Like 35 people :S) it was alot of fun once I managed to get the kids organized.

I'd say that the most important thing is, is that you enjoy what you are doing it. When you are planning the lesson, think about you not what you think the kids will want. The kids will enjoy it more if you show that you are enjoying what you are teaching.
