    Default Maximum Working Hours

    I've got no idea if this is posted in the right section, but I wasn't too sure. So sorry if its not.

    Anyway, just wondering does anyone know what the maximum working hours are for a 16 year old are? I live with my mum and she claims some type of benefit. Im just wondering whether the hours I choose to work would affect her benefit? Help!

    At 16 you shouldn't be limited to the hours you work, and this will not have an affect on any benefits.

    Yes they are - 2 hours on School days and Sundays, 8 hours on Saturdays... And with that in mind, how do you know what effect it has on benefits?
