    Well I wolf it down, thats how It's not something that makes me sick either, I can easily eat that and not feel bloated or anything Nuts would be a great substitute for eggs as they contain lots of protein.

    I heard nuts have alot of fat in though? On these brazil nuts I bought the otherday it said the whole pack had 72g of fat in :| and the packet wasnt even that big..

    Some nuts are high in fibre/protein though.

    Fat doesn't matter, it's saturated fats that you want to stay clear of.

    Yeah, but if you have a goal to get really muscular then the output is really worth it. Also, you can attract all the girls with the bulkiness.

    Natural, organic nuts are great for you. The cheap ones you buy add unwanted fats etc. Nuts though are high in monounsaturated fats, and there has been strong evidence that a high monounsaturated fat intake can actually help you loose body fat. Also there really good for muscle gain.


    No point me posting any pictures, I'll take some maybe after, iv'e become more cut since my last pictures i posted.

    I'm only fifteen but I'll post what I'm lifting at the moment;

    Bench Press: (max) 110kg
    Barcurl: (max) 50kg
    Squat: (unsure, will edit soon)

    Nah too much of anything will make you gain fat. Maybe about 75g of nuts a day.
