    You've done it that long? So then you'd know situps work your hip flexers rather than isolating your abs? And for growth to the abs 500 sit ups is useless and you should be doing some kind crunch with weight? And also isolating the 3 areas? :S:S

    Please if you have had any gains doing 500 sit ups please enlighten me ...

    any tips on starting to do crunches again? I used to use a swiss ball but that doesn't get a burn anymore... And i can't do them lying down beatre i always lift my feet...
