    Exactly as the title says, post all your progress in here.

    Alright so I guess I'll go first! I've had a great year of building muscle and have packed on over over 18 pounds of solid muscle. My diet consists of carbohydrates and lean meat for protein. I do not take any kind of supplement or PEDS.

    No? It's not to be tough, it's for us bodybuilders to share progress. Having muscles doesn't make me any better than somebody else, it just means I happen to be stronger than them.

    I fancy trying body building sort of, but not to the extreme like some of the pro's.

    Not sure what to eat and stuff though. Is there like, a diet plan that I can follow?

    Bobybuilding is great. People now associate bodybuilding with steroids though, it's not like that. There is another word for it which is "strong man". The *pro* bodybuilders take steroids though.

    Mainly you need to consume over 2000 calories a day to feed your muscles and give them the correct nutrition they need to grow bigger and stronger. I eat a combination of carbohydrates and lean meats. Carbohydrates to give me energy and Protein to help build my muscles. Things like pasta and chicken would be great for you.

    For a basis I'll give you my typical daily food intake.

    Breakfast:
    4 egg whites ( swallow )
    1 bowl of oatmeal.
    1 sausage sandwich.
    4 pieces of toast.

    Lunch: (before workout)
    A cup of coffee with 3 spoonfulls of sugar.
    Bowl of nuts, roasted.
    Plate of pasta.
    Tin of tuna.

    Dinner:
    Big plateful of pasta.
    2 big chicken breasts.

    This will sound sick to most but I usually drink chicken stock if my mum has any left, it's full of protein.

    I also mix with with a decent sleep, 7-8 hours a day. I also do my cardio every day, just 30 minutes on the treadmill.
    Back for a while.

    How do you manage to do that everday? I dont have time! Im really picky about food and don't like fish or eggs, is there any other substitute for it?
