It is indeed the same for me (using FireFox, Chrome, IE and Opera - basically majority of browsers).

This next point is more of a really tedious design point, and really not worth picking up on, but I'll say it regardless. Just under the banner, where you login, maybe round off the top there, seperating it from the banner. To me the sudden change from the dark blue to white doesn't suit, and would look better as just described. But as I said, really not worth picking up on, and is more one to do when you have free time.

Anyway, looks as if its becoming a good active Forum - 50 members in under one month is a very promising figure. Good luck with the Forum, and I hope it deems successful for you.

The logo only floats over the buttons when you have a smaller screen, with less width. I have a 17" screen on my laptop, and it works fine, but if I shrink the page, then the logo gradually starts to over the buttons.
