Made this for my site, but not using it due to a complete new design I want

It's coded in CSS/DIVS and it is CSS and xHTML valid. Included are three scripts, PHP GD on the boxes (allows you to change the volter text just by changing the link), expandable iframe, and hover navigation.

I want paypal offers only Offers please ;p
