Anything above a F is a pass (I think). But other places consider C a pass
Used to be GraysAthChaz
Theorietically it is, but what people see as a pass is a C or above.
No more dreaming of the dead as the death itself was undone
No more crawling like a crow for a boy, for a body in the garden
No more dreaming like a girl so in love, so long
No more dreaming like a girl so in love, so long
Dreaming like a girl so in love with the wrong world.
at gcse a goverment standard pass is a C in any subject. At AS/A2 any grade is considered a pass.
And I thought my school was bad LOLYou don't know how bad my school is they only offer about 12 subjects to sixth form students, at least four of them aren’t at the school (there all based in other collages and sixth forms in the area.), the rest are maths, English lit, 3 sciences, applyed science, law (and that’s done over a web cam so you don't actually meet the teacher) and design n tech, although our design department is actually one of the best in the area, so that’s the only plus.
Eww, a teacher and a student over webcam. You don't know how bad my school is they only offer about 12 subjects to sixth form students, at least four of them aren’t at the school (there all based in other collages and sixth forms in the area.), the rest are maths, English lit, 3 sciences, applyed science, law (and that’s done over a web cam so you don't actually meet the teacher) and design n tech, although our design department is actually one of the best in the area, so that’s the only plus.
depends what context.
college/uni - A*-C
general - A*-G
I thought anything above a U was a pass?
Just better grades mean your options are more open.
+ If you want uni then you need C+ for more "ucas" points if they still do that.
Like said above generally people say A-C but some courses now accept a D as a good pass. I know when I was at school last year, Execell in science and maths said D was a good pass.
A* - C
I can't imagine how you can get a D for GCSE as their not that hard.
Plus mostly in schools which are private, as well as most tertiary education sectors consider that as a pass.
