Honestly, I think gaining popularity as a 'review-based' site will be very difficult, considering a huge amount of them exist already. :x

I personally would probably try find the site with the largest userbase and just join that.

EDIT: Also, just a random comment, the websites linked in your sig that are blue have got soooooo many grammatical and spelling errors. Im not sure if theyre yours, but if they are, I thought itd be best that you knew.
