    Default Joomla/Wordpress Layout

    Would anyone code my layout into Joomla or wordpress. It's just i have very little knowledge of css and almost none of php. I would really appreciate it if anyone could.

    I will consider paying, although not a high cost!

    Anyway heres the laoyut! thanks:
