Have you ever made yourself be sick after you've eaten something?
Because if you have then it isn't good for you.. If you do it cos you want to be 'thin' or 'healthy' well, it's not gunna make you healthy..
Also, why don't you just cut down on the junk food instead of making yourself sick after it? Wouldn't it be better to eat a salad and keep it down rather than eating burger and chips then making yourself puke?
I've done it before.. but then my mate sorta found out and like.. I stopped doing it. Guys, it's not a good idea..
