    Giving Up As An Owner
    Just because i am an admin at 2 other fan sites. So If you have experience with fan sites. you need to know how to use PHP, Cpanel, And html, and very strict about things.     No, what he is saying is that he cant be bothered being an owner, so someone can take that position and build up the fansite doing all the work, he'll pay for it all and he'll be like co-ownere, manager, thingy I've already taken up the offer, mods might wanna close the thread.
