Computer Science is learning coding language which is used for software programming and games development. He'd want to go into some sort of ICT course based around web development.

I've heard that Abertay offer a pretty good web design/development course - http://www.abertay.ac.uk/studying/find/ug/wdd/

maybe this can help you out with the amount of UCAS points you have:

    http://www.ucas.com/students/ucas_ta...fftables/#ipro
    http://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=...o28kI3GpdW8QVA
    http://download.microsoft.com/docume...the%20NQF.docx

you will benefit if you're applying for next year because youll have your results much earlier than everyone else.
    goodbye.
