That's a bit silly. They should assign someone to sort the awards out. It took ages last time as well.

It'd be nice if they checked it every time they went in the ACP however it doesn't notify them apparently so they have to check the page. I think the place where I read about it last it said that the Staff AGM was doing it.

For the most part it's a Forum Management thing. As Chip said though there are no notifications for us so day to day we often forget - nudging us via VM or PM is normally the best way of kicking us into gear
