    I wil tell you that i dont really walk alot either. i dont go out cos they are all little kids round ours and thats rubbish. My social life is on msn. Lol and i still have buffets we had 1 last night with pizza and hotdogs and i stuff my face

    Well... All you need to do is do 5 minutes of exercise a day (thats all i did) and some days not even that. Also i drank a bit more often. Did you know drinking water is good for your metabalism? This means you digest more. So i did 5 mins exercise a day and drank 1 or 2 extra cups of water.

    Every1 else have a go.( i did sit ups by the way)

    I am sooo pleased!!!! And my mum is proud too
    I dont mesure in stone, but if you were 10.5 stone and you lost .5 stone that sounds like a pretty big loss. Dosen't sound very healthy?
