I don't understand my BTEC ICT criteria thing

One of the criteria for my coursework in ICT is "justify the choice of tools and techniques that you will use to construct the application, create a report to justify these tools and techniques"

I know I have to create a report and the only tools and techniques I know are "Tools and techniques: eg use of tool boxes and controls, selection, loops, event handlers, triggers, objects and object properties, menus; debugging tools"

so do I have to make a report on those tools? ugh idgi.

You just need to write what the tools are, what they do basically.

- Just write a little intro saying something like " this report lists a selection of tools and how they work"
- Write what the tool is and how it works
